Lieferzeiten
Alle Schnittmuster im digitalen E-Book-Format (PDF) können nach dem Kauf und dem Zahlungseingang direkt heruntergeladen werden.
Angefertigte Produkte, die direkt ab Lager bestellt werden können, wie Papierschnittmuster, Accessoires und Kleidungsstücke, welche ich zum Direktkauf anbiete, haben eine Bearbeitungszeit von ca. 3-4 Werktagen.
Alle anderen Produkte fertige ich nach Bestellungseingang an, um eine Überproduktion zu vermeiden und Ressourcen zu schonen. In diesem Fall dauert die Bearbeitungszeit ca. 7 – 14 Tage.
Hinzu kommt die Versandzeit des Versanddienstleisters.
Versand
Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb Deutschlands und in alle Länder der EU sowie in europäische Länder, sowie in die Schweiz und das Vereinigte Königreich.

Die Versandkosten verstehen sich inklusive Mehrwertsteuer.
Bitte beachte, dass zusätzlich zu den Versandkosten bei Lieferungen außerhalb Deutschlands und der EU zusätzliche Steuern, Zölle und Gebühren anfallen können, die hier im Gesamtpreis nicht enthalten sind. Diese Kosten sind vom Empfänger zu tragen. Bitte informiere dich bei den zuständigen Behörden.

Delivery times
All patterns in digital e-book format (PDF) can be downloaded directly after purchase and receipt of payment.
Customised products that can be ordered directly from stock, such as paper patterns, accessories and garments that I offer for direct purchase, have a processing time of approx. 3-4 working days.
All made-to-order-products will be only manufactured when we received your order. We want to avoid overproduction and save resources. In this case, the processing time is approx. 7 - 14 days.
In addition, there is the dispatch time of the shipping service provider.
Dispatch
Delivery is made within Germany and to all EU countries as well as to European countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

The shipping costs include VAT.
Please note that in addition to the shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany and the EU, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price in our shop. These costs are to be borne by the recipient. Please check with the relevant authorities.
